Chaunte Myers

Chaunte’ N. Myers is no stranger to understanding military culture. Growing up as an Air Force dependent in a family steeped in military tradition, it is easy to understand her drive, determination and unyielding passion for serving the military and the military-affiliated community.  As a U.S. Air Force OIF/OEF Veteran serving 15+ years, Chaunte’ has a deeply rich perspective regarding the trials and tribulations associated with multiple long-term deployments and can attest all too well to the sacrifices related to steadfastly maintaining such commitments. 

Having honorably served in an Active Duty as well as Reserve capacity, she brings a realistic perspective and understanding with respect to addressing the functional challenges associated with transitioning from a military commitment and reintegrating into the civilian sector as a veteran.

Chief Operations Officer

Karin Childress Wiley

Ms. Childress-Wiley has navigated a 20-year career in Talent Acquisition and Staffing with much of that time focused on Veteran and Military Spouse Employment. As founder of the Veteran Employment Program for (owned by and Head of Strategy for Fastport, a DOD/DOL/DOL VETS Contractors and Apprenticeship Intermediary, Ms. Childress-Wiley has led Veteran recruitment initiatives for numerous Fortune 500 Companies, VSOs, small businesses and supporting Organizations and is highly adept in the process to connect Service Members in transition to Industry and Employers. 

Today, Ms. Childress-Wiley is the COO of CMA, with a focus on developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives, audience expansion and digital tools for CMA’s sponsors and partners. Karin is also a Strategic Advisor for CMAs partner Military Talent Group, a New York based Tech company with an OnDemand Learning and Advisory platform for Employers.

Brandon Hall

Brandon K. Hall is a 10-year, OEF/OIF Air Force Veteran. Since separating from the USAF, Brandon has served to provide Peer-to-Peer mentoring/coaching for active duty, veterans and the larger military-affiliated community.

For the past 5 years, Mr. Hall has served as CMA Chief Technology & Continuity Officer – managing all aspects of the organization’s IT integration, data analytics, computer support and administrative processes.

The military family (members, spouses, families, etc.) consists of ordinary people, who do extraordinary things in the defense of our country.   Through their service they define their commitment to values and selfless service and become, in themselves, a finite and valuable resource.  I support CMA because they do two important things:  1-They fortify and equip great Americans to take an important step into another chapter of their story and 2- They partner with civilian industry to both educate and equip transitioning military members WHILE continuing to educate civilian industry of the value of our heroes!

Based on my first-hand observation, CMA has the most comprehensive program to help transitioning service-members secure meaningful employment following their service to the Nation. Their curriculum is chock full of helpful tips that can be quickly applied to a service-members situation.
