What CMA Does
CMA offers a one of a kind military-to-civilian transitional-skills, training and education platform that ensures each service member, veteran, and spouse, is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to establish a professional career path upon exiting the military. CMA ensures that each member works one-on-one with Human Resource, Resume Writing, and Career Coach professionals to provide the value added soft skills needed to become productive members of society.
Since 2011, CMA offers one-of-a-kind transitional-skills and education training workshops with a goal of ensuring each individual attending is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to establish a professional career path upon exiting the military. CMA ensures that each service member, veteran, and spouse works one-on-one with an HR professional to develop the skills needed that complement each military member’s vocation. CMA compliments the transitioning service members experience by pairing each individual with an HR professional, resume writer, and career coach to assist with:
• Developing confidence in successfully conducting a professional interview,
• “Demilitarizing” one’s resume to help get noticed during the resume search process,
• Identifying and establishing an industry and professional career path that adds value and compliments one’s skills, professional experience, and credentials.
Last but not least, CMA typically keeps the classroom size to no more than 25-30 attendees per workshop ensuring that each individual attending receives the time and attention needed to succeed.
